Overview

Our policy lasts 48 hours from the time of delivery. If 48 hours have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be returned.
  • Damaged Items: Items damaged by customer use or handling are non-returnable.
  • Sanitary Goods: For hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed via bank transfer to the account details you provide. Please allow 3–7 working days for the funds to reflect in your account after approval.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet after the 7-day period:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at blacqemporium@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within the same 48-hour window. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color (subject to availability), please contact us immediately at blacqemporium@gmail.com.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please email us at blacqemporium@gmail.com to receive specific return instructions and the return address.

  • Return Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item sent).
  • Refund Deduction: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
