Processing Time Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Please note that processing typically takes up to 100 hours (4 working days) before dispatch.

Delivery Timeline All orders are delivered within 2–5 working days across Nigeria following the processing period.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange process.

Return Window Returns and exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Item Conditions To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Undamaged

  • In their original condition and packaging

Refunds & Return Costs
